(Aims and Goals)

This web sight is to give all the historical, genealogical information which is of a general nature and may apply to the surname Marquart and it's various spellings.  
It is also a location I will be displaying my personal Marquart lineage, and in time the other Marquart lineage's of various spellings which have been sent to me by other Marquarts, Marquart spouses, or Marquart surname researchers. 

The page/pages will also contain links to other web sights which have assisted Marquart researchers and may be of assistance to other Marquart surname researchers.  I also have links to other spousal surnames connected to my Marquart lineage, in time there will be spousal lists which will also contain the spousal names connected to the other Marquart lineage's of various spellings.

This is to be a web sight for all Marquarts (any spelling variation) to meet each other, exchange information and genealogy questions in the Discussion List (when a message is posted to the Discussion List on the web page it is sent automatically to all Discussion List members by email ... non-members can read the messages on the web page Discussion List but are unable to post messages of their own).  The Discussion List is your way to communicating with other researchers interested in the Marquart surname (various spellings).

The "Marquart" Newsletter contains information directed to members  ... it informs the members when new information is added to the web sight and also contains questionnaires, forms, surveys, et. for the members who wish to participate to fill out and return to me.  
The information gathered will be posted on the web page or included in another newsletter.  The "Marquart" Newsletter is my way to communicate with our research members.

The web sight will also contain photos of some of our eldest ancestors and/or ancestral photos in which the person/persons are unknown.  The unknown photos will be posted in hope someone else researching the Marquart lineage's (various spellings)  may know the person and share their information.

These are just a few of the goals the web sight is aiming to meet.  I am always searching  for additional ideas, suggestions, and goals which could make this sight more informative and beneficial to any/all Marquart researchers.  All ideas and/or suggestions by interested parties will be seriously considered as a potential addition to this website..
